Niger Dessert Night

The dessert night with the Niger mission team was held at Emmanuel Baptist Church on March 10. That night we had around 225 people and the gym was packed! Many people stayed for the DVD presentations as well, and there were plenty of awesome desserts.

I think people really appreciated the night and we raised just over $5,000 for reconstruction at the Galmi hospital near where the Schmidts live. We also did presentations in the services at Emmanuel on March 18 and anyone who missed that day can listen to them on the church website at www.emmanuelbaptist.ca, under "sermons".
